Who we are

Welcome to Hospitality Guru Inc. We opened for business in 2004 as a hotel sales and marketing company, based in the Southeast USA that is dedicated to helping midscale hotels become more profitable. We do this by supplying owner-managers with essential market knowledge, contacts, and resources.

Services we provide

Our service is targeted to the specific area that the client needs help with. Typically, this includes capturing new business, improving the client’s STR RevPaR index and taking business from your competitors. We do not take over the handling of the daily operations, such as payroll, staffing or banking, but can help owner-managers to optimise in these areas based on our 20 years of experience.

We are also fully qualified to give advice to clients looking either to buy or sell their hotel assets.

If the client needs help arranging financing insurance coverage, utility audits, property appraisals, property taxes or conducting risk management, we can make a recommendation from a list of vendors we have worked with.

Our experience

We can draw on 15 years of experience operating hotels in Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando, Chattanooga, Columbia, Memphis, Gainesville, Athens, Macon and Warner Robins. We have an intimate knowledge of these markets, and an extensive network of contacts. Our past clients include brands with Choice-Comfort Suites, Comfort Inn & Suites, Quality Inn, Wyndham-Ramada, Days Inn, Super 8, Wingate La Quinta-La Quinta Inn and Suites, Accor-Red Roof Inn & Suites Carlson-Country Inn & Suites and Hilton-Hampton Inns and Suites

How we charge

Unlike many management companies, we offer our clients the choice of paying a flat fee instead of a percentage of gross revenues. In addition, we do not lock our clients into contracts with punitive cancellation clauses; our relationship with our clients is based on trust.
