We do not take over the handling of the daily operations, such as payroll, staffing or banking, but can help owner-managers to optimise in these areas based on our 20 years of experience.

We are also fully qualified to give advice to clients looking either to buy or sell their hotel assets.

If the client needs help arranging financing insurance coverage, utility audits, property appraisals, property taxes or conducting risk management, we can make a recommendation from a list of vendors we have worked with extensively.
